Milk Carton

the backside of the milkcarton these days teaches us a lot: training, cooking and creating stuff. Here’s some of them to share with you

For those who wonder what’s said on them: the first teaches how to do a row of butterflies from a piece of paper, the second speaks for itself training for the upper body and on the third one is a recipe for rice porridge wich is common to eat at Christmastime. You eat it with milk and put cinnamon and sugar on top

Perfect for the theme, and healthful too.

I can’t read it, but I love having exercise tips on a milk carton.
